You can expect the following delivery times
• Production Time: 3-5 days
• Shipments within the USA take 5-7 days. All order use USPS Priority Mail for orders over 1 pound and USPS First Class or DHL Expedited for orders 1 pound or less. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• Standard shipping methods are used for international orders. Typically it takes up to 2 weeks to arrive to an international address after being shipped.
Please note that the Estimated Arrival of your package is calculated as follows: Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Production Process: Our products are made-to-order so they have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Orders selecting Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping service will enter production within 12 hours.

Delivery Areas:
We ship our products worldwide, including islands and army addresses. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Multi-sided 2D apparel and large-sized cut metal signs (24 inches and above) are available for US addresses only.
- Large packages such as Canvas or Metal Signs cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. In such cases, we require your physical address to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that all details, including the recipient's name, are accurate. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and disposed of by them. Chillever is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot modify your delivery details.
- In case of issues with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state or incorrect ZIP code, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation. Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these scenarios.
