Available methods

Apple Pay is currently available for use on our website, but it is only visible when you use Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

If you prefer to pay with PayPal but don't have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal services as a guest. In the event that PayPal doesn't support your currency, your payment will automatically be charged in U.S. dollars. 

Currency

Chillever charges in U.S. dollars (USD). However, our website displays different currencies. To view alternative currencies, hover over the USD icon at the top right corner of your screen to see a drop-down menu. Please note that the final charges will be made in USD, and the prices in non-default currencies may not be guaranteed for accuracy.

Solutions for failed checkout

If you encounter difficulties while completing a payment, please consider the following suggestions:

Unable to pay with debit or credit card:

• Ensure that all payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address, is entered correctly.
• Check your debit or credit account balance to ensure sufficient funds.
• Verify whether your card is authorized for online transactions or if there are any default transaction limits.
• Try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in.
• Use incognito mode or try a different browser/device for payment.
• If the issue persists, try starting a new order instead of attempting to pay for the same order again.
• If your payment is declined, it may be necessary to contact your bank. Some credit card companies automatically block international transactions unless specifically requested by the cardholder.

Unable to Pay with PayPal:

• Check with PayPal to see if your account has a transaction limit.
• Note that PayPal requires the shipping address and billing address to be in the same country; otherwise, the payment will be declined.
• Try using incognito mode or a different browser/device.
• If PayPal still doesn't work, you can use your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as an alternative payment method.

Security

At Chillever, your personal details are securely stored, and your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Each transaction is verified with the credit card company, and we only process orders once authorized by the credit card company. Additionally, CVV verification is required for credit/debit card orders to enhance security.
