CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

At Chillever, we understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us through our chat, email at contact@chillver.com, or our contact form https://chillever.com/pages/contact and provide your order number along with the modification or cancellation you would like to make. We will confirm with you once the requested changes or cancellation have been processed.

Please take note of the following guidelines:
         1. Order Modification/Cancellation Timeframe

  • You have a 2-hour window during business hours to cancel your order after it's been placed. After this timeframe, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations as we begin processing orders immediately for prompt delivery.
  • We may not be able to cancel your order on weekends or holidays as our customer service team will not be working, but your order will still be processed automatically.
         2. Important Information
    • If your order requires design modification, we cannot guarantee timely delivery as it will take additional time to make the necessary changes to your design.
    • Once a personalized order is complete, it is locked for processing, and no further adjustments, including shipping details, can be made. We kindly request that you carefully review all details before proceeding with the checkout process.
