Shipping Policy

1. Production and Delivery Times:

Please note that the Estimated Arrival of your package is calculated as follows: Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Production Process: Our products are made-to-order so they have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Orders selecting Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping service will enter production within 12 hours.
  • Shipping Time: Your order will typically arrive approximately 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. While we work with various shipping partners, the final delivery is usually handled by USPS.

NOTE

  • For international orders (including islands and army addresses), please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is typically handled by your local postal service.
  • Depending on the shipping service you choose, you can expect to receive your order within 1-8 business days once it has been shipped. To confirm the estimated delivery date, please refer to the estimated delivery date on your receipt or contact our team at contact@chillever.com.

SPECIFICATIONS (Necklaces, Bracelets, Watches, Blankets, Canvas, 2D apparel):

  • Processing Time: 1-3 working days (US)
  • Shipping Time: 2-5 working days on average (US)
  • Express Shipping Time: 1-3 working days on average (US)
  • Tracking country of origin: US
2.SHIPPING COSTS:

Our shipping prices are as follows:

  • $6.99 for orders under $49.99 (US)
  • $9.99 for orders from $50 to $99.99 (US)
  • $12.99 for orders from $100 to $149.99 (US)
  • Free shipping for orders over $150 (Only applicable to regular shipping) (US)

Delivery Areas:

We ship our products worldwide, including islands and army addresses. However, please note the following exceptions:

  • Multi-sided 2D apparel and large-sized cut metal signs (24 inches and above) are available for US addresses only.
  • Large packages such as Canvas or Metal Signs cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. In such cases, we require your physical address to ensure safe and prompt delivery.

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that all details, including the recipient's name, are accurate. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and disposed of by them. Chillever is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
  • If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot modify your delivery details. 
  • In case of issues with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state or incorrect ZIP code, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation. Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these scenarios.
