Please note that the Estimated Arrival of your package is calculated as follows: Production Time + Shipping Time.

Production Process: Our products are made-to-order, so they require a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are shipped. Orders will enter production within 12 hours of placement.
Shipping Time: Your order will typically arrive approximately 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. While we work with various shipping partners, the final delivery is usually handled by USPS.
NOTE
- For international orders (including islands and army addresses), please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is typically handled by your local postal service.
- Depending on the shipping service you choose, you can expect to receive your order within 1-8 business days once it has been shipped. To confirm the estimated delivery date, please refer to the estimated delivery date on your receipt or contact our team at contact@chillever.com.
2.SHIPPING COSTS:
Our shipping prices are as follows:
- $6.99 for orders under $50 (US)
- $8.99 for orders from $50 to $99.99 (US)
- $14.99 for orders above $100 (US)
Delivery Areas:
We ship our products worldwide, including islands and army addresses. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Multi-sided 2D apparel and large-sized cut metal signs (24 inches and above) are available for US addresses only.
- Large packages such as Canvas or Metal Signs cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. In such cases, we require your physical address to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that all details, including the recipient's name, are accurate. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and disposed of by them. Chillever is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot modify your delivery details.
- In case of issues with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state or incorrect ZIP code, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation. Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these scenarios.

1. Defective/Damaged Orders

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this time frame.
1.2 Eligibility
Since each item from Chillever.com is custom-made and printed specifically for you, our return policy only allows for returns or full refunds in the case of a major problem with the received item. You are eligible for returns or full refunds in the following situations:
- The item is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.
- The item is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- The item received is not what you ordered.
Please note that there may be a slight difference of up to 20% between the advertised images and the actual item you receive. This difference can occur due to factors such as lighting during photo shooting or variations in monitor display.
For any other cases not mentioned above, we may consider offering a partial refund, excluding the shipping costs.
1.3 How to file a claim
To file a claim, please send us an email with the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the defective product
- For printing errors, include photographs of the error
- For sizing issues, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos of items
- If some of the items are missing, provide images of the received item and the detailed shipping label
- If the received item is not functioning properly, provide a video clearly showing the issue.
Our support team will review the photos/videos you provide of the defective item. If eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. In rare cases where sending a replacement is not possible, we will fully refund you for the eligible product, including shipping costs.
1.4 Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements are generally not accepted for instances where there may have been unintentional errors on the customer's part, including:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Failure to carefully preview the design, as some of our printing files are automatically generated to match the preview on our website, or failure to provide the personalization.
We kindly request that you carefully review your order before checking out to ensure its accuracy. Please note that refusing the shipment or returning the item at your own expense doesn't guarantee a refund.
2. Lost/ Missing Orders
If you haven't received any updates on your order for over 15 days, please let us know by email. We will investigate the issue to find out why the shipment is delayed. If we determine that the order is lost because of our mistake, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
However, please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility if the order isn't delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.
3. Replacement/ Refund Process
Since our products are customized with your information, we do not accept returns. You have the option to donate, keep, or dispose of any unwanted items at your convenience. If you require a replacement, the timeframe will follow the same process as a regular order.
In the case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow approximately 5-10 days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
